At HDJ Custom Neon, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are always committed to providing you with quality service and signs; we will always be happy to review your claim; and if you would like to return or exchange a product for any reason, we will be happy to help!

🔎 Faulty Neon Signs
Send a picture/video of the faulty sign along with your name and order number to hdjcustomneon@gmail.com or our WhatsApp ++1 2136653343 within 7 days of receiving your order
After review, we will make sure to contact you within 24 hours
If eligible for a refund, we will immediately remake your sign for free! Your new sign will then be shipped to you within 1-2 weeks! (We can also issue a partial refund depending on the extent of the damage).
Unfortunately, any custom neon sign that has been ordered will be marked as final and cannot be returned without proof of damage.

🃏 Neon Signs from our catalog
If you decide to return these custom LED signs due to a change of mind and they are in good condition, please make sure to return them to the original packaging along with all accessories
Once we receive your package and approve it, we will process your refund immediately.
Please note that this policy does not apply to custom neon signs (e.g. logos, personal text, business signs)
🔔 Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your package and let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. We try to be as fair as possible.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and a full or partial refund will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method
The original price of $45 plus a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.
Cancellation
If cancelled before the item is shipped, a transaction fee of 5% of the original price will be charged.
